Pumpkin pizza with goat cheese and Parmesan

Winter time is usually pumpkin time and here I introduce you once my pumpkin pizza recipe. It was just a few days ago.

ingredients

  • 400 g of flour
  • 20 g of yeast
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • 250 ml of warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 500 g Hokkaido net
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • freshly grated nutmeg
  • 200 g of sour cream
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1TL paprika noble sweet
  • 1 Msp. Cayenne pepper
  • 125 g bacon
  • 1 onion
  • 100 g Grana Pandano
  • 100 g goat cheese cubes
  • Peeled 50 g walnuts

preparation

  1. Crumble the yeast into a large bowl, add the sugar and mix with the warm water, stirring until the yeast and sugar have dissolved. Let the mixture go for about 10 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, wash the sprigs of rosemary cold, pluck the needles from the branches and chop them very finely.
  3. Sprinkle the flour into the yeast mixture, spread the salt over it, add the chopped rosemary and knead the whole thing quickly and form it into a ball. Cover the bowl in a warm place for about 45 minutes.
  4. Now it's up to the pumpkin: roughly grate the pumpkin, peel the garlic and finely chop it and add it to the pumpkin in the bowl.
  5. And some preliminary work: Cut the onions into halves and cut into fine half rings, roughly chop the walnuts, finely grate the parmesan cheese.
  6. This is how it continues: Start the oven once, so set the temperature to 250 ° C top / bottom heat and so heat up really nice!
  7. Add the sour cream and the cream cheese to a large bowl and season to taste with salt, black pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper and freshly ground nutmeg. Stir everything into a creamy mixture.
  8. Briefly knead the dough again and then roll out on a floured surface to the baking sheet size.
  9. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and brush with the sour cream.
  10. Spread the pumpkin shavings evenly over it, spread the onion strips, the bacon and the walnuts over it, sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and spread the goat cheese pieces over it.
  11. Slide the baking tray from the bottom onto the 2nd shelf and let it rest for a quick 25 minutes until the cheese is fine and crispy.
  12. The enjoyment: Take the tin out of the oven, cut the pumpkin pizza, distribute pieces of it.
