Lemon butter cake

For the dough:

200 g of margarine
250 g flour
200 g of sugar
4 eggs
1 pck vanillin sugar
1/2 pck of baking powder
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Cream:


2 cups of water
1 cup of sugar
1 pck cream pudding
2 egg yolks
125 g of butter
Juice of 2 lemons

1/2 l of whipped cream
1 pck of butter biscuits

Molding:


250 g powdered sugar
6 tablespoons of lemon juice


Dough:
Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir for 3 minutes to a smooth dough. Spread the dough on a baking tray and bake for approx. 20 minutes at 160 ° C - 180 ° C.

Cream:
Make a pudding out of water, sugar, egg yolk and custard powder. Allow to cool slightly, then stir in butter and lemon juice. Immediately spread on the baked cake. Allow to cool completely. Beat the cream until stiff and spread on the cream. Put the butter biscuits on the cream. Mix the icing sugar with lemon juice and spread over the biscuits.
