Losing weight made easy

There are diets and countless tips on how to successfully lose weight. But losing weight starts in the head first. I introduced the following for me:

I have a small notebook in which I write down all the food I eat during the day. I compare that by the day or by the week. Also write down every bar of chocolate, every extra candy.

You will be scared of what "ONLY trifles" are like. It adds up. Often many things can be saved with the help of the book.

Make it your mission to eat lower calorie products with less fat. Above all, avoid high-fat foods. A one percent yoghurt will satisfy your hunger as well as three percent and will not give your fat cells any new food.

After some time of conscious eating, one learns to listen to the body, whether one is really hungry or just wants to eat something out of boredom or habit.
