Macaroni with breadcrumbs

As a little girl I always got that from my grandmother: fried macaroni. Because there is always water in the noodles after macaroni cooking, of course I got soiled while eating, to put it mildly.

It was so much fun "inhaling" the macaroni until they disappeared in the mouth.

After that, after cooking and pouring, Granny swirled the pasta in some hot fat and cared for breadcrumbs, so lightly fried. The heat evaporates the water in the tubes of the pasta and the pasta is not so slippery anymore.

If you do this only briefly, you still have the soft noodle on the plate afterwards. But of course you can also roast the pasta properly.

Incidentally, it tastes unique! My mouth is watering while writing.

I will probably submit a picture soon.
