Cook pasta with a little water: better taste

Pasta cooked with a little water, taste better. This cooking variant works well with pasta casseroles or pans. Vermicelli I think are not suitable. The noodles, wholemeal or other, are put in a coated pan. Add so much cold water that the pasta is only covered. Salt, lid on top, boil on highest level then turn back the heat to medium level. Stir often and, if necessary, add some water. When the pasta is cooked, process to taste. Taste and nutrients are retained and you can taste the food as well.
