The recipe is already very old and really delicious, the cuts are often with us in the afternoon for coffee. They are also a healthy snack for kids.
ingredients
- 150 g of honey
- 80 g of oil
- 1 Msp. Cinnamon
- 150 g of oatmeal
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 60 grams of sesame
- 50 g of chopped hazelnut kernels
- some raisins (according to taste)
preparation
- The honey is boiled up vigorously with the oil and cinnamon.
- Mix the oatmeal, sunflower seeds, hazelnut kernels, raisins and sesame well and stir well with the honey-oil mixture.
- Now spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 160 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
- After the baking time, allow to cool slightly and cut into pieces while still hot, otherwise it will break easily when cut.
- Of course, you can also mix other seeds to, but you should from the other ingredients (kernels) reduce something.
