Make cereal slices

The recipe is already very old and really delicious, the cuts are often with us in the afternoon for coffee. They are also a healthy snack for kids.

ingredients

  • 150 g of honey
  • 80 g of oil
  • 1 Msp. Cinnamon
  • 150 g of oatmeal
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 60 grams of sesame
  • 50 g of chopped hazelnut kernels
  • some raisins (according to taste)

preparation

  1. The honey is boiled up vigorously with the oil and cinnamon.
  2. Mix the oatmeal, sunflower seeds, hazelnut kernels, raisins and sesame well and stir well with the honey-oil mixture.
  3. Now spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 160 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
  4. After the baking time, allow to cool slightly and cut into pieces while still hot, otherwise it will break easily when cut.
  5. Of course, you can also mix other seeds to, but you should from the other ingredients (kernels) reduce something.
