Make yogurt yourself with My.Yo & know what's inside

I eat yoghurt every day, also with fruit. Until I got to know a man on vacation, who was "off the shelf" and enlightened me, what can be described as "fruit" and how to increase the weight of a yogurt cheap - and thus make it more expensive - can. Lactose and cellulose are everywhere and there was talk of sawdust as a carrier of flavors ... Well, we know that too much sugar is in it.

Since I am lactose intolerant and have to pay even more for an insignificant effort in the production, I was looking for an alternative. I did not want to try the yoghurt preparation with the glasses - knowing that this would soon be in the cupboard.

Then I discovered My.Yo on the internet. This is a simple thermo container with another container for yoghurt. The yoghurt is prepared with a spoon of natural yoghurt OR a yogurt culture and about 800 ml of milk (both must have room temperature!). Into the thermos container 750 ml of hot water are added, the container with the stirred future yoghurt is put into it and disappears for about 10 hours in a warm place until it then comes into the Kühli.

That's it! You can refine the yogurt with vanilla sugar or natural flavors and then just clean what you like - fresh fruit, dried fruit, red or yellow groats or whatever you like. You have to test a bit how it tastes. And the fatter milk and the spoon are yogurt, the firmer it gets. You can also use kefir or Greek yoghurt - supposedly goes cream cheese.
