Blue Berry muffins

The recipe gives about 18 blueberry muffins

In a bowl, mix 100 ml of oil (or liquid cooled butter) with 3 eggs, 200 g of sugar and 200 ml of milk.

In the second bowl, mix 330 g of flour with 1 sachet of baking powder and a pinch of salt.


Add the dry mixture to the "wet" and stir well.

Add 250 g of fresh or thawed blueberries (careful not to crush them too much).

With a ladle (best I think) fill in the muffin mold designed with paper cups and bake for about 25 minutes at about 170 degrees O / U heat. After cooling, dust with powdered sugar.
