Marina's self-made cake

2x 250ml cream for whipping
Sahnesteif
vanilla sugar
Viennese cake base 3-ply
Marmalade (for example, forest fruit)
crumble mixture
Fruits (eg cocktail)

1. Beat cream with cream and vanilla sugar. Drain the cocktail fruits.

2. Brush the first ground with jam.


3. Carefully lay the second floor and coat with cream.

4. Lay the last floor on top and coat the whole cake with cream.

5. Finally sprinkle the cake with crumble.
