Meatballs seasoning mix as "Knaggi-Fix" replacement
So far I have made my meatballs with "Knaggi-Fix" (with rolls, egg, parsley and onion), because I can not taste the raw minced meat dough. It will then be difficult to season conventionally, if you can not taste it. Now I have a very tasty alternative that I would not want to withhold from you!
Seasoning mix for meatballs (for 500 g of minced meat!)
Tip: II always make a few glasses or Tupperdöschen in stock, so I do not have to prepare just before short.
ingredients
- 1.5 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 tsp marjoram
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder sweet
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
- 2 tablespoons dried onions
- 1 tbsp of garlic granules
- 1 tsp fondor
preparation
The whole thing I'm doing something (because of the onions).
I then add this seasoning mixture to 500g of hack, an egg, a soaked bread roll, a small finely chopped onion and parsley (better if you sweat onion and parsley).
These meatballs taste wonderfully spicy, the tastiest I have ever eaten. Have now noticed again that you can still learn something, even with such a simple dish!
