Meatballs the same size with kitchen scales

Earlier, I wanted to make meatballs and this time they should all be as big and heavy as possible. So I placed a small plate on my small digital scale, then clicked on zero and weighed 150 grams of minced meat and then shaped the meatballs as usual with wet hands. In the end, there were still 250 grams of hack left. Then I made two more meatballs a 125 grams.

So that really all meatballs become equally heavy, one can compare the total amount of the mince mixture with all ingredients, e.g. 1,200 g, weigh beforehand and then, e.g. Portion 100g or divide into as many meatballs as you like.
