Meatballs with parmesan cheese
During the last fridge check, I was given two pieces of Parmesan cheese in my hands. Because I finally wanted to consume it, I finely grated the cheese with my food processor and filled it into a food container.
Today, the grated cheese was in my hands and I told myself "now it's over, you have to do something now". Because I was just spicing up the minced meat for meatballs, I added a good portion of the grated cheese. We have tasted the so modified meatballs delicious.
