Meatloaf / False Rabbit with a difference - original version

I love fake rabbits, (meatloaf) but wanted to bring something original and different on the table. And I succeeded, because my son wanted to eat only since such roast.

For this you need 300 g of hack half and half, 300 g of poultry hack (there is already to buy) and 300 g of smoked hack. They have to do this themselves. They buy cashmere comb, dislodge the meat from the bone and then turn it through the meat grinder. Maybe you know a butcher who does that for her.

The normal hack spice it up as usual. The poultry hack only with salt and pepper and the Kasslerhack only with pepper.


Then the three varieties are layered.

First the normal hack, whereupon a slice of cheese comes. Then the poultry hack and again a slice of cheese. The end is the Kasslerhack.

The shaped meatloaf is then rolled into breadcrumbs and placed in a preheated pan. When all the sides have turned brown, add water, close the lid and reduce the temperature so that it is only lightly simmered.

When the roast is ready, remove it from the sauce, stir in a teaspoon of mustard with the whisk and thicken the sauce as you are used to.
