Senfgurken hack pan
ingredients
- 500 g minced half and half
- 1 onion
- 1 glass of mustard cucumbers
- 1 cup of crème fraîche with herbs
- Salt pepper
- to fry some oil
preparation
Heat some oil in the pan and add the chopped onion and ground beef. Fry everything crumbly, then add a glass of mustard cucumber with the broth, add the creme fraiche and season with salt & pepper.
Serve with potatoes or mashed potatoes. So simple and yet so delicious!
