Multivitamin cake - baking without flour
batter:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of sugar (use the same cup for the oil)
- 1 cup of oil
- 1 p. Custard powder
- 1/2 p. Baking powder
Place baking paper on the bottom of the cake pan (diameter 26 cm) and bake at 180 degrees (convection oven) for about 20 - 30 minutes.
Covering:
- 2 cups of sweet cream of 250 ml
- 2. P. vanilla sugar
- 2 P. cream stabilizer
Beat everything together. Cream is really stiff if you can turn the mixing bowl and the cream remains immobile.
Distribute on the cooled, with the cake ring provided soil.
Put 4 cans of mandarin or banana on top.
1 / 2l multivitamin juice with 3 P. Custard powder (stand on the custard powder packaging - WITHOUT COOKING) and mix with 4 sheets of gelatine (soften in warm water and remove).
Distribute the whole on the fruit.
You need:
- Cake tin / diameter 26cm
- shear mixer
- 2 mixing bowl - one for the batter one for the cream
- middle bowl for the gelatin
- 1 pie ring
The cake about 1 hour cool, then the cut is firm.
