Oat porridge with cinnamon and sugar
ingredients
- 7 tbsp oatmeal (fine)
- 2 small cups of milk
- 3-4 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- butter
preparation
- Milk with sugar / cinnamon / knife strips Bring butter to a boil.
- Turn the oven down (minimum level).
- Let oatmeal trickle and stir.
- Let it rest on the stove for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve with extra cinnamon and sugar and a few butter flakes, for example.
- If too thin or thick liquid simply add one oatmeal or warm a little in the microwave afterwards and add it.
- Cinnamon supporters simply leave it outside or alternatively take exactly the same amount of cocoa (not the finished product) or whatever else comes to your mind.
PS: A little liquid and not too thick, it tastes best.
