Oat porridge with cinnamon and sugar

ingredients

  • 7 tbsp oatmeal (fine)
  • 2 small cups of milk
  • 3-4 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • butter

preparation

  1. Milk with sugar / cinnamon / knife strips Bring butter to a boil.
  2. Turn the oven down (minimum level).
  3. Let oatmeal trickle and stir.
  4. Let it rest on the stove for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Serve with extra cinnamon and sugar and a few butter flakes, for example.
  6. If too thin or thick liquid simply add one oatmeal or warm a little in the microwave afterwards and add it.
  7. Cinnamon supporters simply leave it outside or alternatively take exactly the same amount of cocoa (not the finished product) or whatever else comes to your mind.

PS: A little liquid and not too thick, it tastes best.
