Pineapple with almond sauce

Ingredients:
- some pineapple rings (fresh or canned)
- 50g chopped almonds
- 2 cups of creme fraiche
- 4cl amaretto liqueur, a little butter for the pan

Brown the pineapple rings in a nonstick pan with a little butter and remove from the pan. Then roast the almonds in the same pan, deglaze with the amaretto liqueur, add creme fraiche and simmer the mixture for 10 minutes and then let it cool. Place the pineapple rings on a plate, serve with vanilla ice cream and almond sauce.
