Protect the house from heat
We live in a house with a flat roof, which is "only" designed with roofing felt. At these temperatures, the heat accumulates inside.
Since ventilate in the evenings only partially what brings (due to the location), I protect myself indoors from the heat by closing the windows over the day, shutters down and in front of the blinds from outside I hang these silver foils, which actually meant for car windows are. They keep the sun away so that the roller shutters can not heat up and give off the heat inside.
