Quick rice salad

Simple - delicious - quickly conjured up ...

Ingredients for 2-3 servings:
1 bag of rice
3 El Sour Cream Dip or herbal brunch
3 tablespoons of gourmet remoulade
Splash of lemon juice
Milk (about 1-2 tbsp)
1-2 diced peppers (color does not matter)

Preparation:
Cook rice according to instructions. In the meantime, for the dressing, stir the sour cream, gourmet remoulade slightly with milk and season with lemon juice. Mix warm rice with 2/3 of the dressing and the paprika. Leave to cool for at least 1 hour. Pick up remaining dressing, because if you notice before serving that the rice salad has become too dry, simply stir in the rest of the dressing (or part of it).

Goes well with grilled.

If you like it more spicy, simply add fried bacon cubes to the salad.
