Quickly relieve pain in the heel spur

Have now for the second time to fight with a heel spur. The first time it was not so bad, because my naturopath has treated me eastheopathic and good.

After 2 years but he came back and this time with really strong pain (of course, over months-maybe it's off again by itself?!) After I really made thick, comfortable deposits, but after 2 weeks still no improvement (the after only 1 week should be noticeable - according to shoe technician) brought, and I could hobble only for hours, I learned from another affected by an ointment.

She stinks, is black and of course dyes the laundry, but she helped immediately !! I applied it thick and left the bandage for 3 days. After only a few hours, I was able to strain the foot slightly better. And after 3 days I almost did not feel any pain anymore. It has the active ingredient ammonium bituminosulfonate and is used in skin u. Muscle pain applied. I do not know if I can call the name here, but it starts with "Ichth ....". Not cheap but effective!

Of course, I go to the orthopedist anyway and have an x-ray taken. Maybe the deposits have to be changed a bit. And to rule out everything else. But this ointment is really a force!

In addition, I will do this exercise on the calf muscle stretching stairs.
