- 1 pck. Frozen raspberries
- 1 bag of vanilla cream for cold mixing
- 1/2 l of milk
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- 1 pck of cream stabilizer
- 1 pck vanillin sugar
- 2 tbsp sugar
preparation
- First put the raspberries in a bowl, sprinkle with the sugar, and place the bowl in a hot water bath to make the berries thaw faster.
- Make the vanilla cream according to the preparation instructions.
- Whip the cream with cream and vanilla sugar until stiff and then put it under the vanilla cream.
- Finally, spread the cream over the raspberries - really delicious!
