  • 1 pck. Frozen raspberries
  • 1 bag of vanilla cream for cold mixing
  • 1/2 l of milk
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 1 pck of cream stabilizer
  • 1 pck vanillin sugar
  • 2 tbsp sugar

preparation

  1. First put the raspberries in a bowl, sprinkle with the sugar, and place the bowl in a hot water bath to make the berries thaw faster.
  2. Make the vanilla cream according to the preparation instructions.
  3. Whip the cream with cream and vanilla sugar until stiff and then put it under the vanilla cream.
  4. Finally, spread the cream over the raspberries - really delicious!
