Today I needed a quick dessert with few ingredients, but it should be tasty. What could be better than scouring the fridge for the things that are still there that can be quickly processed into a delicious dessert.

The following supplies I then mixed to a delicious conclusion of the lunch.

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 300 g of yoghurt in the Greek style (I had 5% fat in stock)
  • 2 portions of honey, 20 g each
  • 125 g fresh blueberries
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • chopped pistachios for decoration

preparation

  1. Mix the yoghurt with the honey and place in two bowls or on a dessert plate.
  2. I took some of the blueberries and put them aside to decorate.
  3. The remaining berries I have smashed together with the teaspoon of sugar using the blender and then each stirred a well-sized tablespoon of blueberry puree with the help of a fork roughly under the yoghurts.
  4. On top of the finished yoghurts, I put the covered blueberries on top and decorated them with the chopped pistachios.

In this fast way, I have made a delicious and fresh dessert that is really simple in its ingredients but tastes very delicious and fresh.

Who likes it less or more sweet, can vary with honey and the sugar to your liking and taste, so that there is the right mixture for every connoisseur.

Enjoy the meal!
