Minute steaks once differently

Maybe you've all seen before that there are beef steaks for LIDL, ALDI and NET for some time now. A few months ago, a surprise visit came to me and I had no time to shop. The steaks and ground beef were in my fridge. With a glass of red cabbage and potatoes.

I treated the ministeaks as roulades. Rubbed with herb cream cheese, a filling of minced meat with onions, egg, breadcrumbs and peppers prepares. Then simply fix with roulade needles, stir-fried and then broth and slowly stew.

45 minutes are enough for the whole preparation and my guests always come back and ask often enough, if I do not want to do it again. My children almost always want this dish when they come to me!

Incidentally, gradually I have also chicken-minute steaks and minute schnitzel from the pig to relatives. All variations were well received. For chicken, a filling of turkey mince, in the pig quiet pork! The herb cheese creates a wonderful sauce!
