Remaining utilization with flatbread
The other day we had a flatbread, some meat and salad left over from the barbecue. Because I did not want to throw everything away, I made a small dinner out of it.
From the flatbread a corner (depending on hunger) cut off. Halve horizontally and spread with some cream cheese. Then just go on layers.
I had chopped meat, mushrooms, slices of tomato and finally a slice of cheese.
Bake the sandwich and the "lid" for about 2 minutes in the microwave.
Then cover it and eat best with knife and fork. Good Appetite :)
