Rhubarb cake with crumble

Total preparation time: 1 hr. 30 min.
The ingredients are intended for a springform of 26-28 cm.
First a floor is prepared, in addition:
250 g flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 125 g sugar, 1 p. Vanilla sugar, 100 g butter, 3 eggs, possibly 3-4 tablespoons mineral water to a batter mix.
Put the dough in the greased and crumbly molds. Then spread about 1 kg of cleaned, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces of rhubarb.
Now to the sprinkles:
Add 150 g flour, 75 g sugar, 1 p. Vanilla sugar and 75 g soft butter. Spread the crumble on the rhubarb.
So, now in the oven. Bake at about 170 degrees O / U heat for about 1 hour.
In addition a whipped cream, just delicious. Nice juicy and crispy through the crumble.
