ingredients

  • 1 kg rhubarb
  • 400 g of sugar
  • 1 stick of vanilla
  • 1 fl. cognac

preparation

  1. Mix rhubarb and sugar and leave for 2-3 days.
  2. Then add the vanilla bar and the cognac and let stand for another 14 days.
  3. Then filter and bottle. Cheers.
