ingredients
- 1 kg rhubarb
- 400 g of sugar
- 1 stick of vanilla
- 1 fl. cognac
preparation
- Mix rhubarb and sugar and leave for 2-3 days.
- Then add the vanilla bar and the cognac and let stand for another 14 days.
- Then filter and bottle. Cheers.
