- cut about 500 g wide green beans in about 3 cm wide strips
- Roll 2-3 carrots
- Dice 1 medium potato
- milk
- savory
- vegetable stock
- Salt, (Maggi)
preparation
- Put the ingredients in a pot and pour in vegetable stock until just covered.
- Add salt and some dried savory and cook until soft.
- At the end fill with milk (measure) and add some cream and season with salt. In Saarland, a drop of Maggi belongs to the soup.
