ingredients

  • cut about 500 g wide green beans in about 3 cm wide strips
  • Roll 2-3 carrots
  • Dice 1 medium potato
  • milk
  • savory
  • vegetable stock
  • Salt, (Maggi)

preparation

  1. Put the ingredients in a pot and pour in vegetable stock until just covered.
  2. Add salt and some dried savory and cook until soft.
  3. At the end fill with milk (measure) and add some cream and season with salt. In Saarland, a drop of Maggi belongs to the soup.
