  • 150 g herb melted cheese (take Milkana)
  • 5 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 50 grams of walnuts
  • some chives and parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dill
  • 1 tbsp thyme
  • 50 g butter

preparation

  1. Briefly wash the salmon under running water and pat dry, then season with lemon juice, pepper and salt.
  2. Brush a casserole dish with the oil and place the fillet 2 pieces in close succession.
  3. In a bowl is now the processed cheese, pepper, salt, breadcrumbs and the chopped walnuts into it.
  4. The herbs are now all chopped small and mixed and kneaded the whole mass well with his hands and the fillets covered with it, in the end, there are the butter flakes on it.
