Scampi in garlic sauce

For 5 persons:

* 25 scampi (frozen)
* Salt, pepper, parsley, garlic (to taste)
* 1 - 2 onions
* 20 - 40 cl cream (depending on consistency)

Preparation:

* Thaw scampi and remove the intestine
* Fry the onion (glassy) and garlic (I like a lot) in a pan
* Add scampi and leave to stew
* Season with salt and pepper
* When the scampi are done, add cream and let the sauce thicken. Add parsley.
* If the sauce remains too liquid, help with a light sauce binder.

I like to prepare it as a starter - on a salad or just with a baguette. Tastes but also to pasta.
