Salmon roll with spinach and cream cheese

This delicious salmon roll with spinach and cream cheese is prepared very quickly and is great when you bring it to birthdays, barbecues or other celebrations. It can also be eaten without cutlery.

ingredients

(For about 8-10 servings)

  • 180 g of frozen creamed spinach
  • 1 egg
  • 200 g of grated cheese (eg Gouda)
  • 200 g herb cream cheese
  • 200 g smoked salmon (thin slices)

preparation

  1. Thaw the spinach and then whisk with the egg.
  2. Spread on a sheet of baking paper so that it forms the shape of a rectangle. Sprinkle with the cheese.
  3. Now bake the mixture in a preheated oven on a medium rack for about 15 minutes at 200 degrees until the cheese is golden brown.
  4. Allow to cool completely and then spread with the cream cheese and top with the smoked salmon.
  5. Roll up and wrap in aluminum foil.
  6. Chill the salmon roll for at least 8 hours and then serve it in slices.
