Cheese omelets / simple & fast
For 2 people you need:
3 eggs, salt, pepper, 2 tbsp chives, 40g young gouda (grated), 30g butter (about 1 tbsp), 2 tomatoes, 1 tsp olive oil, 2 slices of wholegrain bread - or else!
And now:
Mix eggs, cheese, salt, pepper and 1 tbsp chives.
Allow 15g of butter to melt in a non-stick pan and let 2 omelets stand on each side for 2-3 minutes.
Slice tomatoes, season with salt, pepper, chives and olive oil and serve with bread!
Fast dinner or as a snack ... light and tasty!
