Emergency numbers of related persons

When something happens to someone on the move, an accident or a health problem that makes them inaccessible, the first responders always look first in the wallet for information about their loved ones. For this purpose, I have tinkered small cards in credit card size, on which the following is written:

In case of emergency, please contact: now comes the name and the mobile number of the person to be called. First my husband, then I have also given my two sons, if my husband is not available. I laminated these pieces of paper, one is in my wallet, one is in the car. That makes some trouble, but since you carry these parts around with you for years, it's worth the effort.

There are for mobile phones also one to my knowledge internationally valid abbreviation for emergency contacts in the address book. One should store the contact under the abbreviation ICE1, which should be contacted first in an emergency. The shortcut ICE2 for the second, etc. However, I see it a bit difficult because most secure access to the phone with a password. That's why I find the emergency cards also very practical.

Now I hope, that nobody has to use these cards!
