Sticky plastic: Clean adhesive surfaces

Plastic surfaces of handles, remote controls or other plastic parts in the car can stick together after a certain time. Vulnerable to this are so-called "soft-touch" surfaces. It seems that the plasticizer comes out and sticks afterwards. No reason to throw it away!

This is how it's done:

Required resources: General purpose cleaning cloths, cockpit spray.

Before starting, remove the power plug and any batteries or batteries to prevent damage to the electronics.

DO NOT immerse devices in water! It suffice the specified steps! No water necessary!

First I freed the excess sebum with all-purpose cleaning wipes. These cleanse cleanly without attacking the surface. Then it sticks, but it's already clean.

In the second step you shake the cockpit spray, so that when spraying a foam is created. This prevents liquids from entering any electronics. The foam then dissolves and dries.

Apply the foam to the surface and massage in with a (paper) cloth. The surface is impregnated thereby and the "sticky" is removed. The plastic looks and feels like new again.

That's it! Have fun copying and enjoy the recovered products.
