Cut the laminate clean

When sawing a laminate with a jigsaw, the paper layer on the best saw blade will "fray" and give off unsightly edges.

As a rule, this is not noticeable at the edges due to the covering of the baseboards.

The situation is different, however, when you have to cut out recesses (heating pipes, etc.) in the room.
In order to get the cleanest possible edge, you simply saw the laminate from the back.

The teeth of the saw blades rips off the laminate or the paper layer clean up and you save the mending with paint etc.
