Savoy cabbage stew with minced meat - light and tasty

I can not give you any quantities, because I cook the stew to my heart's content. If it's more you can freeze the stew super.

ingredients

  • 1 middle savoy cabbage
  • 3-4 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 4 garlic cloves pressed
  • 10 potatoes diced
  • Broth to infuse
  • 500 g of mixed minced meat

preparation

  1. First I'll chop the onions, carrots and potatoes - I'll put that in a big pot, cover the vegetables with broth and cook for about 10 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, cut the savoy cabbage into bite sized pieces and place in the pot. Everything is nice and soft, everyone has their own preferences, how soft it must be.
  3. The minced meat I fry without oil crisp and season with salt and pepper. Then I give it to the vegetables and let everything go well.

Tastes really delicious, has low calorie (even less with ground beef) and you can cook the stew well in advance.
