Schoki-nut bites - made easy

Everyone knows such chocolate nut snacks that you can buy - but they are often expensive. Last year, I tried something for Christmas.

Take: (depending on how much you want to do)

1 to 2 sachets of couverture (white or brown, according to taste, or both, if you want to decorate the particles a bit)

If you want "real" chocolate flavor, you can also add a few bars of GOOD chocolate after melting.

Nuts of your choice (goes well with all nuts, especially with almonds)

If you want: unsweetened cereals and / or raisins

The chocolate-nut ratio should be 1: 2 for "piles" and about 1: 1 for "cookies".

Melt the couverture according to the instructions, stir in the ingredients you require until everything is wrapped in chocolate, then lay out a baking sheet or a large cutting board / wooden board with parchment paper and then pour the small treats in portions onto the paper with two tablespoons. Depending on how much chocolate you have used, they either stay in a "heap" form or go to a "cookie".

If you want to decorate them a little, you should melt parallel to the main couverture for a small amount of deco. If the particles have already become a little firm, take a fork, dipping the tines in the Deko-Schoki and makes over the particle small fan movements. So you get decorative stripes that look like the pro.

When they have cooled, place them in a lined can, put them in the refrigerator and remove them in portions.

A sweet and delicious little thing, which you can bring along and give away very nice at Christmas, or in between.

The imagination knows no bounds on variations!
