ingredients

  • 500 g of Mett
  • Salt, pepper, paprika powder
  • tomato ketchup
  • 1 egg
  • 2 gherkins
  • 2 onions
  • 2 apples
  • 1 large cup of neutral yogurt
  • 1 small glass of horseradish

preparation

  1. Fry the Mett in the pan and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
  2. Cut the cucumber, onion and apples into cubes and add.
  3. Stir in a "dash" of tomato ketchup, the raw egg and the small glass of horseradish and stir well.
  4. If you want, you can add yellow beans, potatoes and butter sauce.
