Shortcrust pastry (without cooling and waiting time) Shortcrust pastry - can be used immediately.

ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 200 g of soft baked margarine
  • 500g flour
  • 1 baking powder
  • 14 tablespoons milk

preparation

  1. Mix eggs, sugar and soft margarine with the blender.
  2. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir it in as well.
  3. Finally, stir in the milk gradually with the whisk. (Works on the smallest level with the mixer and splash guard)
  4. Spread the dough on a greased baking tray, dust with some flour and press down with floured hands (please with feeling).
  5. Now the dough can be filled and baked at will.

Since we do not like the soil so much, the dough for a baking sheet and a small Springforming is enough for me.

This dough is definitely worth trying.
