ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 200 g of sugar
- 200 g of soft baked margarine
- 500g flour
- 1 baking powder
- 14 tablespoons milk
preparation
- Mix eggs, sugar and soft margarine with the blender.
- Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir it in as well.
- Finally, stir in the milk gradually with the whisk. (Works on the smallest level with the mixer and splash guard)
- Spread the dough on a greased baking tray, dust with some flour and press down with floured hands (please with feeling).
- Now the dough can be filled and baked at will.
Since we do not like the soil so much, the dough for a baking sheet and a small Springforming is enough for me.
This dough is definitely worth trying.
