Make the yeast dough legs - if yeast dough does not want to rise

Has this ever happened to you? Your yeast do not just want to get in the socks? You did everything right, but the dough turns dead and does not really work?

Here's a simple trick that a master baker once told me

Place the bowl with the dough in a clean plastic bag and blow air in so it flakes up and does not stick to the dough later. With a little distance to the dough bowl you put a small pot of boiling water in the bag. Fluff up neatly, turn tight and knot tight.

Now you can sit down and practically watch your dough rise.

Why? Because the bag immediately forms a moist, warm climate that yeast doughs like very much.

I take one of these yellow (unused) garbage bags from the roll from the dm drugstore.

Please use this trick only if the dough does not rise properly within the time stated in the recipe. Not basically, to make it faster, okay? Yeast dough needs time to ripen and especially with bread, this is important for a good taste.

Good luck trying out!
