Quark oil dough for singles

Quarkölteig is an all-rounder. It is prepared quickly and does not have to go like yeast dough.

The other day I wanted to bake a small plum pie and at the same time baked half a round tarte flambée.

For singles, a whole baking tray is always too much, but you only need one egg for it. I always prepare a Quarkölteig enough for a sheet. Then I take a little less than half off, and roll out both parts like a pizza on 2 different sheets on baking paper.

On the smaller part come either pizza ingredients or Flammkuchen ingredients. On the other, some sugar and either plums (quartered) or apples or crumbs or other sheet cake toppings. Both can be baked in a hot air oven 175 ° in 2 floors for a good 20-30 minutes.

Or you take the part for cake, roll with it, or roll it with crumbles and a thick jam, some frosting or as a twisted braid only with frosting, chocolate pouring or just from both sides in sugar and roll as sweet flat bread rolls.

You will also find something great. The baked pieces of cake are longer lasting than yeast dough and crisp after baking. There are certainly enough recipes for Quarkölteig at TheFruitAndFlowerBasket.

How much have you paid for a pizza and a few particles or plum cake recently?
