Simple sausage salad
You need:
- 1 ring cooked (meat sausage) with garlic
- 1 pack Gouda
- 1 glass of cucumbers
- 2 gr. Red pepper
- 2 bunch of spring onions
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1.5 teaspoons of sugar
- 1.5 teaspoons salt
- 6-7 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp mustard
- pepper
Goes well with baguette and a cold beer!
