Schokocrossies, super delicious! I will definitely do it again this year for Christmas, because they are easy and fast to prepare and are loved by my family:

ingredients

  • 60 g cornflakes
  • 200 g whole milk, bittersweet, block chocolate, white chocolate or couverture
  • 10 g butter
  • 60 g almonds, chopped
  • 1 pck of vanilla sugar

preparation

  1. Mince cornflakes by hand (the simple flakes are enough).
  2. Melt chocolate in a water bath.
  3. Heat butter in a pan, add almonds and vanilla sugar and brown, then add to the crumbled cereal and stir well.
  4. Add the melted chocolate to the cornflakes and almonds and stir well. I've made it quite easy and given the butter, vanilla sugar and almonds (unlubricated) directly into the melted, slightly chilled chocolate and then highlighted the cornflakes. Tastes just as well and is even less effort.
  5. Lay out a baking sheet with parchment paper and place small piles on the paper with a spoon and allow to cool. Does not necessarily have to be the fridge, it is also a cool room.
  6. I then fill the festive chocolate caskets with Christmas cellophane sachets, which I wrap with a gift ribbon, and then you have a small souvenir or give it to your own family as a small addition to the expensive gifts.

What is Christmas without sweet treats?
