Six-minute cake

I really like to bake. But I have to feel like it. I usually have none before birthdays or relatives visits. But to buy a few pieces of cake from the pastry chef I'm too stingy - and besides, the kinship is numerous, our children too. So bake yourself. But what? I was never quite sure until a few years ago I discovered this great recipe for cake bottom with different fillings.

For a baking tray: Mix 3 cups of flour with half a packet of baking powder, place in a closable bowl with lid (3-liter capacity or larger) seven, 2 cups of sugar, 1 packet of grated lemon peel (replace with vanillin sugar in case of chocolate filling), 4 eggs, Add 150 ml of cooking oil, 150 ml of mineral water, close the lid tightly and shake vigorously for about 15 to 30 seconds - of course you can also use the hand mixer. If you do not use the hand mixer, after shaking it all you should stir with a whisk, so that the dry ingredients that may still stick to the edge, mix with the dough. Spread on a baking sheet (baking paper!) And bake for 20 minutes at top / bottom heat 180 degrees, hot air 160 degrees. Allow to cool after baking. Halve the subset for Springform. Or use the whole recipe for the Springform, but then cut the cake bottom once or twice across.

A few suggestions for the topping or the filling:

Beat 4 cups of cream with the appropriate stiff cream. 3 - 4 plates Milka alpine milk (should really Milka!) Chop and melt, whirl through the cream, immediately to the ground, cold.

Or:

Mix 500 g curd cheese with lemon juice and sugar to taste, beat 2 cups of cream until stiff and pull it under the quark. Either pure or with peaches or tangerines. Spread oranges from the tin on the cake bottom. Tip: maybe prepare with gelatine.

Or:

Boil several cups of cream along with chopped chocolate until the chocolate is completely melted. Allow to cool and leave to cool overnight. Beat stiff the next day. Brush with pears or bananas on the ground (a layer of cream, small cut fruits, another layer of cream).

Or:

Mix 500 g mascarpone with 250 g quark, sugar to taste and lemon juice. Stir in a glass of cranberries. Please prepare with gelatine.

Or:

Prepare the same recipe as before, but with strawberries. I hope I could give you some suggestions. Experiment yourself a little bit. Maybe you can tell me some new pie fillings?
