Snowstorm - delicious cake

Snowstorm is a delicious, fairly simple cake that always arrives well.

First we bake two floors with the snow on it. So:

Stir 125 g butter with 125 g sugar and 1 p. Vanilla sugar until fluffy. Stir in the egg yolks and a whole egg. Add 2 tablespoons milk and 2-3 drops of lemon juice. Then add 150g of flour and 1 p. Of baking powder. Spread this dough on two equal springforms (or bake one at a time, if you have only one).

So, now we beat 4 egg whites stiff, add 180g of sugar. In turn, brush the egg whites equally on the dough. Now every 50g of sliced almonds spread on the egg whites.

Now bake the floors. Approximately 20 min at 180 degrees U / O heat.

For the filling we take one pack (450g) of frozen raspberries, put them in a pot and sprinkle a bag of red cake over it. The mixture is boiled briefly until the cast has dissolved. After cooling, we distribute the raspberry pulp on the first floor.

Now whip up two cups of sweet cream with two creams, if you like, add a little sugar and then whisk the cream over the raspberries.

So almost done, now put the second floor on it and dust with some powdered sugar.

Reads maybe a little elaborate, but it is not. I just wanted to describe the recipe exactly.
