Spicy pasta salad

This pasta salad tastes very delicious, got the recipe from my mum, and since then I'm only doing this pasta salad! ;)

So, you need the following for 4 servings:

  • 300 g of Fussili noodles
  • 1/2 bunch chives
  • 1 onion
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 tomatoes (you can also leave it out)
  • 3 gherkins (pickled if possible)
  • 200 g BRUNCH pepper hot peppers
  • 8 tbsp of spiced cucumber water (without the mustard granules and all that is still floating around)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika

preparation

First, cook the noodles "al dente" (bite-proof), then drain and allow to cool.

While the noodles are cooking, the chives, the onion and the peppers: chive the chives, dab them dry and mince them, the onion is made naked and also cut into small cubes. The peppers ... yeah ... they too are washed, cleaned and diced. If you use tomatoes, they are also treated like this. The gherkins may of course also be cut small.


So the worst is done! Now mix the BRUNCH with the cucumber water so that it becomes a smooth mass. The noodles, the chives and the onion are now allowed to take a bath in the brunch cucumber water mass, just stir.

So that the whole thing is not mushy, at the end gently lift the pepper and tomato cubes under the pasta salad.

And the icing on the cake: Season with salt, pepper and paprika!

The salad tastes best if you prepare it a little earlier, so that it can go through 1-2 hours!
