Spinach-Salmon Casserole
Time
Total preparation time: 1 hr.
You need for 2 people "middle eaters".
ingredients
- 1 packet of frozen creamed spinach (500 g?)
- 1 deep-frozen salmon fillet (the pink - not salmon!) Is usually in a double pack
- 300 g of spiral noodles
- 1/2 cup of cream (who likes lighter, takes milk)
- 1 packet of grated cheese
- Salt, pepper, Aromat, Muscat
preparation
- Boil noodles until firm.
- Thaw spinach in the micro according to the package instructions.
- Slightly thawed salmon filet (not completely thawed, as it is easier to slice, if still frozen) into small 3-5 mm thin slices.
- Pour the finished spinach with the cream / milk and stir so that it is not so thick anymore. Season vigorously, as the noodles are quite spicy when baked.
- Put the noodles in a casserole dish (I do not fat mine), salmon slices under the noodles, spinach pour over it, mix everything well.
- Then about half of the cheese under the masses / distribute it in and the rest over it to get a nice crust.
- Bake for approx. 30 minutes at 180 ° C. If the liquid bubbles nicely (assuming you have a glass casserole dish) and the cheese is nicely browned, it's done!
Super easy, finished by itself and tastes really delicious!
