Spreewald cucumber soup

This soup tastes delicious to us all and for hot days a great refreshment, because you should eat them cold. I also guarantee that you will not lose weight from this soup.

ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 cups of buttermilk
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 bag. feta cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • Salt pepper
  • fresh dill

Cut the cucumbers, salt, pepper and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Then drain the cucumber water, stir in the buttermilk and sour cream, dice the sheep's cheese, chop the walnuts and press the garlic. Put everything in the buttermilk - cucumber mixture, sprinkle fresh dill over it. FINISHED.
