Strawberry mash on cake ground
Since I actually have this cake topping from my "MUTTI", it certainly fits TheFruitAndFlowerBasket.com:
What you need:
1 finished (or homemade) pie crust
1 cup of whipped cream
1 p. Vanilla sugar
1 glass (can) of strawberries
And how does it work:
Pour the strawberries into a sieve (you can use the juice for something else), drain it. Beat the whipped cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff. Then add the drained strawberries to the whipped cream and add the MIXER to the whipped cream "ZER-RÜHRT"! Yes, they are well shredded - but that's wanted. The cream turns pretty pink - visually makes something.
Then the whole on the cake floor paint (if necessary decorate) - DONE!
And something of yummy - so I'm grateful MUTTI for such a simple cake flooring. I'm curious if anyone knows or love learns.
