Tapas turkey / chicken in pastry with honey / soy sauce
If I want to make some tapas fast, then I have the following recipe here:
Turn turkey meat or chicken into strips and turn them back and forth in a mixture of flour and egg to form a nice pulpy mantle. Then roast it in the pan and a light heat until everything is golden yellow. Then sprinkle with liquid honey and a few splashes (!) Of soy sauce (mix and season to taste). Ready and off in the feed hatch!
