ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 kg of lean quark
- 100 g of flour
- 200 g of sugar
- 1/2 pck of baking powder
- 1 pck of vanilla sugar
- 200 g of Magariene
preparation
Stir the 6 eggs with the sugar, vanilla sugar and the Magariene. Add the flour and baking powder. Now add the lean quark, stir well. Now put the dough in a greased springform pan. Bake with circulating air at 175 degrees for about 1 hour.
Preparation of the dough about 10 minutes.
